Shiloh Lovette

Position Title
Research and Assessment Analyst
Shiloh Lovette is a Research and Assessment Analyst in the Office of Student Affairs Research and Assessment. Her practice is primarily concerned with contributing to and coordinating robust, student-centered assessment practices to ensure students of all backgrounds thrive within the structures and systems that dictate their collegiate experience. She is excited and proud to serve #NinerNation in her first professional role. Concurrently, she serves as the Operations Coordinator for Student Affairs Assessment Leaders-- a professional organization dedicated to advancing the conversations and capabilities of assessment practitioners nationwide. 
 
Shiloh is a recent graduate of the Student Affairs Administration program at Appalachian State University. During her time there, she was a graduate assistant for the Department of Campus Activities, where she contributed to analysis of student engagement data and assessment efforts for the division of Student Affairs. Shiloh also interned at James Madison University as an Assessment Specialist for the Department of Career, Experiential Learning, and Transitions in the summer of 2023. She attributes her foundational belief in collaboration and her dedication supporting student affairs practitioners in the vital work they do to these experiences.
