To advance the culture of evidence and embed equity-minded assessment into our assessment practices, Student Affairs Research and Assessment is offering a new professional development opportunity, Equity-Minded Assessment Leaders. This cohort based program will consist of six workshops: (1) Introduction to Equity-Minded Assessment (2) Understanding yourself and asking reflective questions, (3) Including Students in the Assessment Process & Using Multiple Sources of Evidence, (4) Disaggregating & Interpreting Data 101, (5) Increasing Transparency in Assessment Results and Actions Taken, and (6) Using Equitable Language to tell our Story. Once participants have finished this series, they will have the skills necessary to not only incorporate these practices in their own assessment, but also train others in this important work.

This is a cohort based program, all workshops will be in-person, and attendance is required at every workshop. To register for this program, please complete this registration form by December 15 at 11:59pm. Below are the workshop dates and times, locations will be provided at a later date.
