Dr. Jordan Bullington-Miller is a Senior Research Associate in the Office of Student Affairs Research and Assessment at UNC Charlotte. She has 15 years of experience leading and evaluating student success programs and initiatives, with a focus on helping higher education professionals use evidence to understand students, strengthen programs, and make better decisions.

Jordan is particularly interested in the intersection of assessment, data visualization, and storytelling. She believes data is most powerful when it moves beyond reporting to help people see what matters, ask better questions, and take meaningful action. Her work focuses on translating complex institutional data into clear, compelling insights that can inform practice and improve the student experience.

Prior to joining Student Affairs Research and Assessment, she served as Associate Director for Student Success in the University Center for Academic Excellence, where she led assessment efforts and coordinated UNC Charlotte's largest academic recovery program. 

Jordan holds a B.A. and M.A. in English from UNC Charlotte, an M.A.Ed. in Adult Education with a graduate certificate in Student Affairs and Higher Education from East Carolina University, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus in Higher Education from East Carolina University.
